InternshipsA key Vineyard value is to equip believers to do the ministry. Our Pastoral Intern Program aims to fulfill this objective. Pastoral interns will be mentored by our staff, trained in ministry, and expected to serve in and help lead various ministries at Heartland Vineyard Church. Interns will gain first-hand knowledge of and experience in what it is like to be a part of the Vineyard team. In addition, they will learn to set goals, establish priorities, make plans, and evaluate their work. A regular internship lasts one year and is 20 hours per week.
